と、ドアのインナハンドルまたはその近傍に設け
られる第1の切換えスイツチと、ドアのアウタハ
ンドルまたはその近傍に設けられる第2の切換え
スイツチと、上記ハンドル以外の部位であつて運
転席の乗員が操作可能な位置に配置される第3の
