図中、１は太陽センサの光学部、２は太陽セン
サの電子回路部、３は太陽光、４はスリツト、５
はマスクパターン、６は太陽電池セル部、７は増
幅器、８は信号処理回路、９は出力パターン、１
０はレンズ、１１は光が当つた状態、１２は駆動
部、１３は太陽電池セル、１４は絶縁材、１５は
帯電パターンである。なお図中、同一あるいは相
当部分には同一符号を付して示してある。
