サの電子回路部、3は太陽光、4はスリツト、5
はマスクパターン、6は太陽電池セル部、7は増
幅器、8は信号処理回路、9は出力パターン、1
0はレンズ、11は光が当つた状態、12は駆動
部、13は太陽電池セル、14は絶縁材、15は
帯電パターンである。なお図中、同一あるいは相
当部分には同一符号を付して示してある。
