形外体の底板のオーブンの下側の部位に排気口を
形成するとともに、この排気口のうちの機械室側
に位置する排気口の開口部を、電気部品を冷却し
た空気の内のオーブンの下側に導かれる空気流に
対向するように位置させたことを特徴とする高周
