ロツピーデイスクと、このフロツピーデイスクを
照射する光源と、前記フロツピーデイスクを透過
した前記光源による光を受光する受光器と有し、
この受光器には、前記光源により投影された前記
光学基準パタンの像を光電変換する複数本の帯状
光検出器が設けられ、これらの帯状光検出器は、
その長手方向をそれぞれ前記光学基準パタンに平
行に向けて配列され、これらの帯状光検出器の検
出信号が並列接続されてサーボ用信号とされ、か
つそのうちの少なくとも一つの帯状光検出器の検
出信号が単独で前記光学基準パタンのうちの特定
の光学基準パタンの検出用信号とされていること
