- ポリゴンミラーのミラー側面の端縁から円錐状
テーパー面を形成したポリゴンミラーと、前記円
錐状テーパー面と嵌合しうる凹状テーパー面を取
付面として形成したポリゴンミラー取付部材と、
前記円錐状テーパー面と凹状テーパー面とを接合
固定しうる固定手段とからなることを特徴とする
ポリゴンミラー取付機構。
