Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 対をなす圧力導入ポートと、これら両圧力
導入ポートに導入される流体の圧力差によつて軸
心方向に変位するスプールと、このスプールを中
立位置方向に弾性付勢するニユートラル機構と、
前記スプールの変位量を電気信号に変換する差動
トランスとを具備してなることを特徴とする差圧
センサ。 (2) ニユートラル機構が、スプール変位量の小
さい領域では直列に配された第１、第２のスプリ
ングにより前記スプールを中立位置方向に付勢し
、スプール変位量の大きい領域では第２のスプリ
ングのみにより前記スプールを中立位置方向に付
勢するようにしたものである実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項記載の差圧センサ。
