中同一符号は、同一又は相当部分を示す。

になるように本体ケーシング内に組込み、上記本
体ケーシングには、上記熱交換器と上記各送風機
のメンテナンスのためのカバー付きの点検口を同
一の側面に設け、かつ上記熱交換器の排気流を通
す通風路の出口の下方には熱交換により生ずるド
レンを回収しこれを室内空気の出口端に導きダク
トを介して室外に排出させ得るドレン受皿を設け
