Claims (1)
- 油圧配管の管接手において、フクロナツトをそ
なえた側の油管端部に、その油管端部のスリーブ
外周部または油管内径入口テーパ部に油密に当接
する内径入口テーパ部または外周先端当接部を有
するオネジ部付プラグ部材を設け、そのオネジ部
付プラグ部材に内部油室を有する段付貫通穴を穿
設し、その貫通穴の外部側内径にねじ穴部を設け
、また、内部油室と内側貫通穴との段付部に弁座
を設け、一方、上記ねじ穴部に先端ポペツト部を
有するねじ部付軸を螺着し、そのねじ部付軸の先
端ポペツト部を上記プラグ部材の弁座に油密に当
接可能とし、かつ、ねじ部付軸内部にプラグ部材
の内部油室と外部とを連通する通路穴を穿設する
とともに、プラグ部材をフクロナツトをそなえた
側の油管端部に螺着固定可能に構成したことを特
徴とする油圧管接手用内圧抜きプラグ工具。
