弾性係止部材と、上記円筒体の内部にスタツドボ
ルトのねじ溝に係合するように複数個突設された
爪とにより一体成形し、車体パネルまたはブラケ
ツト等にあらかじめ固着されているスタツドボル
トにトリム部材の取付穴を位置させ、上記ボタン
クリツプ円筒体内に突設された爪にスタツドボル
トのねじ溝を螺着するとともに、上記ボタンクリ
ツプのヘツドフランジと弾性係止部材の係止爪と
の間でトリム部材を挾持してなることを特徴とす
