有する騒音流出管と、 該騒音流出管に接近して設けられ、かつ、一端
がキヤンセルスピーカに接続され、他端に圧力波
流出口を有するスピーカ管と、 前記騒音流出管に設けたマイクにより騒音源か
らの騒音を監視して所定の制御信号を前記キヤン
セルスピーカに出力するアクテイブキヤンセル制
御手段を備え、 騒音源からの騒音の圧力波に対して騒音とは逆
位相の粗密圧力波をキヤンセルスピーカから出力
することによつて、両圧力波の打ち消し作用で消
音を行なうアクテイブキヤンセラーシステムにお
いて、 前記騒音流出管とスピーカ管とを、両流出口が
略同一方向を向いて配設されるようにして一方の
管の内側に他方の管が配設された２重管構造に形
成したことを特徴とするアクテイブキヤンセラー
