る温間圧延において、ロール胴部両側部の加熱幅
がヒートクラウン量に及ぼす影響を示したもので
ある。第４図は本考案設備による温間圧延におけ
るヒートクラウン量の変化を従来例のそれと比較
して示したものである。第５図は鋼帯の温間圧延
におけるロール胴長手方向でのヒートクラウン量
を示すものである。
図において、１ａ，１ｂは圧延ロール、３は加
熱バーナ、５は温度センサ、６は加熱制御装置、
７はバルブ開閉装置である。

制御し得るよう構成してなる脆性鋼帯の温間圧延
