Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce an equipment cost and to uniformize a water supply by forming a water jacket with an outer cylinder and attachable and detachable inner cylinder and arranging the manihold for water supply to the outer cylinder and a spray nozzle to the inner cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A water jacket 20 is composed of an outer cylinder 2, upper part cover body 9 and flanged inner cylinder 8 and the outer cylinder 2 is taken to be of the structure usable as well for the dimension of a billet 5.
