Claims (1)
- 筒状の内導体と外導体とよりなり、内導体は外
導体の中空に外導体と同軸的に配置され、内導体
と外導体との間に誘電体を介在させた同軸体を有
し、該同軸体の一端が入出力端となり、その他端
が短絡された同軸型誘電体共振器であつて、前記
入出端の端面の一部に外導体及び内導体の少なく
とも一方に導体層を接続して設けたことを特徴と
する同軸型誘電体共振器。
