本考案は、雨水等の異物を排出するためのパイ
プ等を、油貯蔵タンクの横側方を囲む防油堤に、
貫通状態で取付ける構造に関する。さらに詳しく
は、防油堤に形成した貫通孔にパイプを通し、前
記防油堤と前記パイプの間を閉塞材で油密状に閉
じてある防油堤におけるパイプ取付構造の改良に
