していくロータリエンコーダと、該出力パルス間
隔の変化を電圧変化に換算する周波数−電圧変換
器と、該電圧変化を微分する微分器とから成り、
該微分器の出力で回転方向を検出し、また該周波
数−電圧変換器の出力又は該微分器の出力で回転
数を検出することによりロータリエンコーダの出
力として１種類の信号のみで回転方向、回転数を
