の球面精度を検出するための装置において、上記
球面凹部の周縁部一端部から他端部に掛け渡され
て設けられた基準フレームと、該基準フレームに
沿つて挿抜自在に挿入され、その挿入先端部が上
記球面凹部の表面部に当接するとともに挿入後端
部が上記フレームの基準面から出入自在に係合す
るピン部材と、上記フレームの基準面から出入す
る挿入後端部の出入量を検出する表面精度検出手
段とを備えたことを特徴とする球面精度検出装置
