DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a skin elasticity measuring device for measuring the elasticity of skin. Collagen disease is an incurable disease for which no treatment has been established at present. The appearance of this disease is that the skin begins to harden from the extremities, such as the fingertips, and death occurs when the hardening progresses to the center of the body. The progression of the disease is examined by periodically cutting out a part of the patient's skin and testing the skin's elastic modulus, but this causes great pain to the patient. An object of the present invention is to provide a skin elasticity measuring instrument that can measure the elastic modulus of the skin without causing pain to patients, and can check the effectiveness of drugs against diseases and diagnose the progress of diseases. Embodiments of the invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 shows the configuration of an embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1, the tip of a vibrator 3 is disposed at the open end 2 of a cylindrical housing 1, and a vibrating means 4 is disposed within the housing to vibrate the tip of the vibrator parallel to the surface of the open end of the housing. ing. Further, amplitude detecting means 5, 5' are arranged within the housing 1 to detect the vibration of the vibrator. The vibrating means 4 is
It is composed of an iron yoke 6, a permanent magnet 7, and a moving coil 8 to which a vibrator 3 is fixed.
When an alternating current is applied from an oscillator (not shown) to the vibrator 3, the vibrator 3 vibrates around the cross spring fulcrum 10. In this embodiment, the amplitude detection means is a light emitting diode 5.
, a light-receiving phototransistor 5', and a shielding plate 18 disposed therebetween. In use, the opening 2 of the measuring device (sealed with an elastic membrane to prevent dust from entering the housing) is placed on the affected area and the vibrator 3 is vibrated in the direction of the oscillation line on the surface of the affected area. The elastic modulus of the affected area is measured from the ratio of the force applied to the vibrator 3 and the amplitude. In this embodiment, a coiled spring 11 is disposed between the housing 1 and an outer cylinder 9 that surrounds the housing 1 in order to keep the pressing force on the affected area constant. In use, the outer tube 9 is held and the open end 2 of the housing is placed against the surface of the affected area. Push down the outer cylinder 9 against the elastic force of the spring 11 until the stopper 12, which extends from the outer cylinder into the housing and holds the micro switch 13 in the open position, separates from the micro switch 13, and press the open end 2 against the surface of the affected area. do. At this time, the microswitch 13 is in the closed position, energizes the amplitude detection circuit of the vibrator 3, and displays the ratio of the applied force (known) to the amplitude on the display. FIG. 2 shows a circuit for detecting the amplitude of the vibrator 3. A part of the light emitted from the light emitting diode 5 set in the housing 1 is blocked by a shielding plate 18 fixed to the vibrator 3, and the remaining light is set in the housing 1 facing the light emitting diode 5. The light is received by the light receiving diode 5'. This received light is amplified by an amplifier 15,
It is further passed through a detector 16, and its amplitude is displayed on a display 17. The electric signal generated at the light receiving diode 5' during the vibration of the vibrator 3 is a sine wave signal. The detector 16 may be of any type as long as it generates an output representing the amplitude of this sine wave signal; for example, it obtains the required output signal by half-wave rectification and integration, and displays this on the display 17. do. Micro switch 13
By closing, a hold signal is applied to the display 17, causing the display to hold the value even after the measurement is completed. Table 1 shows the measurement results using the embodiment of the present invention, and it can be seen that the measured values of healthy people had large numbers on the backs of their fingers and on their forearms, indicating that their skin was soft. However, the measured values on the dorsal side of the fingers of patients A and B are small, and the measured values on the forearm are large both on the outside and inside. This is patients A and B
The disease corresponds well to the fact that it has not progressed to the arm. 【table】
