である。

発明の目的:従来の混合針は金属製管内に二通
路を形成させるために分離板を設けていたものを
用いて製造されていた、そのために刃先をピン栓
に刺通した時に、その刃先の一部分を成している
前記分離板がその栓の一部分を削つて前記通路内
につまつたりして薬剤の混合に支障を与えていた
場合があつた。更に又、該分離板を設けて製造す
ることは工数を多くして経費が掛かり過ぎの感が
あつた。これらの点を改めて利用しやすい混合針
を製造することを本発明の目的とした。

発明の構成:製造方法に関してその一実施例を
図面と共に詳細に説明する。第1図について、任
意の長さLを有した金属製パイプ1の中に、該パ
イプ1の内径よりやゝ小さめの外径を有した押し
出し成形又は射出成形によつた二通路又は多通路
2nを有したプラスチツク製チユーブ2を装着し
て混合針の管体を製造する。前記した分離板を
避けて刃先を構成し且つ刃面に於ける空間をより
小さくしてビン栓の一部分が削れない様に該チユ
ーブ2を用いて、多通路2nによつて従前の前記
分離板に対する加工直線性の是非は必要としな
い。第2図について、第1図のA−A部分の断面
図である。第3図について、前記の管体を減径
装置3によつて金属パイプ1と該チユーブ2とが
完全に密着する様に減径する、該減径後の管体
を連続して、所望寸法1及び所望角度θを有して
針体6を、減径装置3に連結している切断角度可
変可能な切断装置によつて製造をする。第4図に
ついて、針体6の中央部に金属又はプラスチツク
製の保持部7を対に設けて接着剤を介在させて、
両面からカシメ圧力を与えて固着7aする。

発明の効果:上述した様に、針体6は、工程中
に於いて多通路2nに対しての加工直線性は厳格
に必要とせず、切断装置4が減径装置3と連結し
て、刃先5を形成しているので各刃面と各通路と
は一致する。更に該多通路2nを形成している分
離構造2wは各刃面の一部分を成して且つ刃面上
を架橋状態を提してビン栓の一部分を削り取る様
な状態は起きにくい。製造上の工数の点に於いて
も従前の分離板の装着加工に代つて該チユーブ2
の採用で工数の軽減が可能になつた。
