Claims (1)
- 各種機器から生じる熱を機器外へ放出すべく冷
媒配管を設け、該冷媒配管と上記機器とを熱的に
連結するサーマルジヨイントにおいて、上記各種
機器にヒートパイプの一端を取り付け、該ヒート
パイプの他端を上記冷媒配管に、該配管の外側形
状に沿わせて接触面積を大きく形成して取り付け
たことを特徴とするサーマルジヨイント。
