された電話機側電話回線、または非常通報装置内
のダイヤル発信部と集中監視装置からの情報線に
接続を切り換えする切換器の群と、集中監視装置
からの住戸アドレス情報をうけることにより異常
発呼した住戸に対応する切換器を動作させる回線
選択部とを備えることにより異常発呼した住戸の
電話回線を使用して非常通報を行うことを特徴と
