コンデンサを一方の極性に充電するコンデンサ充
電回路と、導通した際に前記点火エネルギー蓄積
用コンデンサの電荷を前記点火コイルの1次コイ
ルを通して放電させるように設けられたサイリス
タとを備えた内燃機関用点火装置において、 前記点火エネルギー蓄積用コンデンサに対して
直列に接続されたトリガ用コンデンサと、 前記エキサイタコイルの負の半サイクルの期間
に該エキサイタコイルから前記トリガ用コンデン
サと電流制限素子とを通して前記正の半サイクル
の期間にトリガ用コンデンサに充電された電荷を
放電させる向きの電流を流すことにより該電流制
限素子の両端にトリガ用の電圧を生じさせるトリ
ガ回路と、 前記エキサイタコイルの正の半サイクルの期間
にトリガ用コンデンサの両端に生じる電圧または
前記エキサイタコイルの負の半サイクルの期間に
前記電流制限素子の両端に生じる電圧が所定のレ
ベル以上になつた時に前記サイリスタにトリガ信
