【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は果物、その他の農作物を野鳥から保護
する用に供する防除効果の高い新規の鳥の防除具
に関するものであつて、軟質の熱可塑性合成樹脂
フイルムを以て膨縮自在の球形風船状体を構成
し、この球形風船状体の上面に送排気栓を同じく
下面に吊下環を取付けると共に当該送排気栓に結
着環を一体に設け、この結着環に木の枝、竿の先
等への吊下用紐を結び止め、また上記の吊下環に
鳥の防除力を備えた臭出具および発音具を吊り下
げると共に上記の球形風船状体の外表面に目の玉
状模様の複数個の全方向配置で表示することを要

形風船状体１の外表面に鳥が最も恐怖する目の玉
状模様９の複数個を全方向配置で印刷したもので

鳥効果は極めて顕著なものがあり、加うるに本考
案に於ては上記の風船状体に取付けた吊下環に鳥
の防除力を備えた臭出具および発音具を吊下げた
ので、これらが鳥の視覚、嗅覚及び聴覚に相乗的
に作用してその恐怖感を一挙に高め、上記の防鳥
