Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. プロセス流路断面積の大きな流路から流体試料
    を採取して計測を行う装置において、プロセス流
    路内にそれぞれ温度検出端子を備えた複数個の流
    体試料採取管、それに連結した試料配管に試料切
    換弁、排ガス切換弁および昇圧ブロワ、さらに、
    分析装置、信号処理装置、画像表示装置を備え、
    上記試料切換弁および排ガス切換弁を順次切換え
    ることによつて、プロセス流路における流体内容
    を流路断面に対する分布として求め、同時に、各
    試料採取点における温度の分布を求めることを可
    能にしたことを特徴とする多点サンプリング計測
    装置。
