内に配設される被調理材料投入筒部を有する蓋体と、前
記搾り体に前記蓋体の投入筒部の下面開口部に対向して
取付けられ前記投入筒部の下側開口面との間を小間隙に
保持したカッターとを具備し、前記搾りケースの内底面
に対向する搾り体の外底面の周縁に下方に突出する環状
の突条部を形成し、この搾りケースの内底面の外周部に
前記突条部を入り込ませる凹部を形成し、この凹部の内
底面と前記搾り体の突条部の下縁との間の間隙を小間隙
に形成したことを特徴とするジューサー。
