造と、当メネジに合致するオネジを切ったステムを弁座
部にさし込む構造と、当ステムの外部側にハンドルを取
り付ける構造とステムネジ部を外部からシールするよう
に袋ナットを取り付ける構造とを特徴とする安全弁付電
