Claims (1)
- 駆動軸に嵌着されたセンタハブの外周に軸方向
に移動可能に嵌込まれた回転円板と、これと軸方
向に対向し回転円板の一方側に固定取付けされた
制動円板と、回転円板の他方側に軸方向にのみ移
動可能に設けられた可動鉄心と、この可動鉄心を
介して回転円板を制動円板に押しつけることによ
り制動作用を行う制動ばねと、電磁コイルの励磁
に伴い前記制動ばねに抗して可動鉄心を吸引する
固定鉄心とを備えてなる円板ブレーキ装置におい
て、前記センタハブと前記回転円板とを多角形の
嵌合部で軸方向移動可能に結合し、この嵌合部に
一対の切欠を設け、一対の短辺部と長辺部とから
なる消音ばねの前記短辺部を前記切欠にくぐらせ
、前記長辺部の中央付近を前記回転円板の半径方
向内側に当接させて前記消音ばねで半径方向に前
記回転円板と前記センタハブを押圧することを特
徴とする円板ブレーキ装置。
