Problems to be Solved by the Invention With such a conventional configuration, once a ceiling fan is operating at a set notch, there are cases where the room temperature gradually rises and a strong wind speed is desired, and when the room temperature is low and a strong wind speed is not required. Even if the speed changeover switch is not operated, the speed changeover switch is operated at the same speed unless the speed changeover switch is operated intentionally, so there is a problem that the wind speed cannot be adjusted immediately according to the room temperature.

EXAMPLE An example of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a motor section, which is composed of a series circuit consisting of an auxiliary winding 4 and a capacitor 5, and a main winding 7 connected in parallel to these. The speed adjustment device 2 is composed of a notch changeover switch 14, a high temperature adjustment section 10 equipped with a plurality of capacitors 8 and 9, and a low temperature adjustment section 13 equipped with a plurality of capacitors 11 and 12. 3 is inserted into the current supply circuit to the motor section 1. By operating the notch changeover switch 14, the speed control device 2 can switch between high, medium, and low by directly connecting the motor section 1 and the power source 3 and inserting a capacitor 8 or a capacitor 9 at high room temperatures. In addition, when the room temperature is low, connect the motor section 1 and power supply 3 directly, insert capacitor 12 or capacitor 11, and set high, medium,
The configuration is such that the weak mode can be switched and selected. The electric motor section 1
A changeover switch 17 is provided between the speed adjustment device 2 and the speed adjustment device 2. This changeover switch 17 switches between the high room temperature adjustment section 1o and the low room temperature adjustment section 13 of the speed adjustment device 2, and connects the speed adjustment device 2 and the motor section 1 in series. It is connected to a temperature sensing device 16 which senses the room temperature and sends a signal to the control device 16 via a control device 16 which controls the switching of the temperature sensor 17 .

The operation of the ceiling fan of this embodiment configured as described above will be explained below. First, when the room temperature is high and a strong wind speed is desired, the temperature sensing device 15 senses the room temperature and sends a signal to the control device 16, and the control device 16 controls the changeover switch 17 to switch the high temperature adjustment section 1o to the electric motor. Since it is connected in series with section 1, the rotational speed of the medium/low notch is set high, resulting in speed adjustment as shown in speed adjustment characteristic 18 in the graph of FIG. Further, when the room temperature is low and a weak wind speed is desired, the temperature sensing device 15 senses the room temperature and sends a signal to the control device 16, and the control device 16 controls the changeover switch 17 to change the low room temperature adjustment section 13 to the electric motor section 1. Since the rotation speed of the medium/low notch is set low, the speed adjustment becomes as shown in speed adjustment characteristic 19 in the graph of FIG. 2.
