Conventionally, in the cart top of a cart in a ceramic firing kiln such as a tunnel kiln or a shuttle kiln, a core layer is formed by stacking insulating bricks on the cart hardware, and the top and side surfaces of this core layer are covered with clay or other fire-resistant bricks. It was composed of a coating layer made of amorphous refractories such as castable refractories. However, due to the poor insulation effect of the insulating bricks forming the core layer, there was a problem in that a large amount of heat inside the furnace escaped to the outside of the furnace through the cart, resulting in extremely large heat loss. In addition, since tool bricks for shelf frames and products to be fired are loaded onto the top of the cart, it is necessary to have enough pressure resistance to withstand the weight of these materials. It was difficult to change the parts to ones with better insulation properties.

However, in recent years, ceramic fiber insulation materials have been developed that are lightweight and have low heat dissipation and heat storage loss.
From the perspective of energy saving, heat-insulating carts that use this ceramic fiber in the core layer have attracted attention, such as Utility Model Publication No. 57-54557 and Utility Model Application Publication No. 57-162499.
The heat-insulating trolley described in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 166098/1987 has been proposed. However, as shown in Fig. 1A, these heat-insulating carts are constructed by embedding a large number of ceramic blocks in parallel and having a large number of through holes 2 vertically arranged and separated from each other by partition walls 1. Either a core layer is formed, or as shown in FIG. In either case, the outer periphery of the side surface of the cart top is covered with a covering layer 3 made of castable refractories or precast blocks, or refractory bricks are arranged in parallel. Since the coating layer 3 is formed using the same method, the following problems arise.

(2) In order to prevent the cart from coming into contact with the inner wall of the ceramic kiln and being damaged due to the expansion of the monolithic refractory material and refractory bricks that go around the outer periphery of the cart to form the coating layer 3, It is necessary to provide a gap between the inner wall of the kiln and the inner wall of the kiln for the ceramic industry, and the hardware of the trolley may be burnt out through this gap.
Heat dissipation is unavoidable.

(3) Cracks occur due to expansion and contraction of the refractory that forms the coating layer, silver sand, etc. falls into the joints, and the longitudinal direction of the cart expands and comes into contact with the inner wall of the ceramic firing kiln. As a result, the trolley will need to be repaired.

The present invention solves these problems by providing a plurality of positioning metal fittings on the trolley hardware, fixing a plurality of refractory supports at regular intervals, and fixing a fixed shape made of ceramic fiber on both sides in the width direction of the trolley. By arranging modular products, filling the central space of the cart with ceramic fiber bulk products, and laying ceramic fiber blanket products on top of the bulk products, the usage ratio of ceramic fibers has been expanded, and shelf frame tools have been expanded. The present invention provides an insulated trolley that can withstand the weight of bricks and objects to be fired, saves energy, and extends the life of the trolley.

Next, positioning metal fittings 7 arranged on the trolley metal fittings 6
The struts 8 are fixed at regular intervals through. This support 8 is made of high alumina or clay refractory bricks,
Alternatively, it may be made of castable refractories, plastic refractories, or other unshaped refractories, e.g.
A straight-shaped refractory with a size of 114 x 80 m/m that is easy to refine is used. Although the size is not limited, the width dimension of the refractory material forming the pillar 8 is the same as the vertical direction of the cart top, and the thickness dimension is the U-shaped metal fitting 7b disposed on the trolley metal fitting 6. It is necessary to determine the inner dimension of the support column 8a to be slightly smaller than the inner dimension of the carriage, and the support columns 8a provided at the front and rear of the carriage are provided with uneven dowels that fit together when the carriage is connected to prevent heat dissipation. The pillars 8 made of refractories prepared in this manner are oriented so that the width direction of the pillars 8 is in the vertical direction of the cart.
are placed on the outside of the L-shaped bracket 7a, and the supports 8b and 8c at the middle of the truck are fitted into the recesses of the U-shaped bracket 7b to stand upright. Fill it with mortar and fix it so that it stands upright at regular intervals along the length of the truck.
