煮沸槽内の適所に、投入装置及び取出装置をそれ
ぞれ配設した小魚類の連続煮沸装置において、流
路の上方適所に臨ませた投入装置の下方に、駆動
手段により回転し、水平な中心線が流路に直交し
た1又は2以上の円筒篭体の下部を流路の液媒に
沈めて橋設し、該円筒篭体の円周方向に沿つて網
状のスクリーンを巻き掛け、上下の網状のスクリ
ーン間の適所に液媒を槽外へ取り出す皿状の樋を
煮沸槽の上面に取付けたことを特徴とする小魚類
の連続煮沸装置における水切投入装置。 2 円筒篭体が、一方の側面が中心に水平軸の一
