【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 貯液タンク内に設けた通電加熱式の液中ヒ
ーターが液体のない裸出状態の通電によつて赤熱
損焼するのを防止する液中ヒーターの過熱防止装
置であつて、前記貯液タンクの底板部に少なくと
も液中ヒーターの一部を支持する受板部が熱伝導
性のよい金属材料で作られた底板凹入形状の上底
受台を設け、この上底受台の受板部上面に液中ヒ
ーターの一部を直接当接させて締付手段により押
付け固定すると共に、前記上底受台の下面開放し
た凹所内に受台受板部の下面に熱感知部が当接す
る状態に取付けたヒーター過熱防止用のバイメタ
ルスイツチを設け、このバイメタルスイツチを前
記ヒーターの通電回路に直列的に電気接続して、
前記ヒーターが赤熱しないうちに、バイメタルス
イツチが作動してヒーター通電回路を自動的に遮
断するようにしたことを特徴とする液中ヒーター
の過熱防止装置。 (2) 前記ヒーターの一部を上底受台上に押付け
固定する締付け手段が、上底受台の受板部上に立
設した複数本のスタツドボルトと、このスタツド
ボルトの挿通孔を有しボルトネジ部に螺合したナ
ツトの締付けによつて前記ヒーターの一部を受台
受板部との間に挾持するように押付け固定するヒ
ーター締着板とから構成されていることを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の液中
ヒーターの過熱防止装置。
