納する閾値設定部6と、該閾値設定部6に格納さ
れた閾値を参照して2値化する2値化回路4と、
前記帳票の読取り部分を指定するフオーマツト設
定部5とを具え、前記帳票のマーク読取り部分に
おける該閾値設定部6が指定するマーク部分と、
タイミングマーク部分の閾値を別個に設定して前
記帳票の読取り部分を2値化画像情報入力とする
