光学的に読み取る光学読取り部１と、該光学読取
り部１の出力を電気信号に変換する光電変換部２
と、該光電変換部２の出力をデイジタル信号に変
換するアナログ／デイジタル変換回路３と、前記
属性の異なる記録部分ごとに指定された閾値を格
納する閾値設定部６と、該閾値設定部６に格納さ
れた閾値を参照して２値化する２値化回路４と、
前記帳票の読取り部分を指定するフオーマツト設
定部５とを具え、前記帳票のマーク読取り部分に
おける該閾値設定部６が指定するマーク部分と、
タイミングマーク部分の閾値を別個に設定して前
記帳票の読取り部分を２値化画像情報入力とする
