Since then, much research has been carried out on liposomes, including their use as a type of ultra-microcapsule material that encapsulates drugs and enzymes, their use as biological membrane models, their use as biologically similar reaction fields, and their application in genetic engineering.

Synthetic bilayer membranes have many problems in terms of safety and irritation to the skin, and have drawbacks such as being unable to be used for applications related to living organisms.

Among these, the ultrasonic treatment methods mainly used are as follows. That is, first, a 2-(2-hydroxy-N-acyl-alkylamino)ethyl phosphate salt represented by the general formula (1) and a solvent were placed on the inner wall of an eggplant flask, and the solvent was distilled off using a rotary evaporator. A thin film is made. Water is added to this, and while heating on a 70°C water bath, ultrasound treatment is performed alternately. In this way, a dispersion of liposomes is obtained. This dispersion is left as is. This dispersion can also be pulverized by freeze-drying and used.

A white powder 594.f was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that 8f (4.2 mol) was used. From the analysis results shown in Table 1 below, the obtained octopus powder was found to contain 2-2 of the target compound.
(2-hydroxy-N-lauroyl-laurylamino)
It was confirmed that it was ethyl phosphate ester ethanolamine salt (yield: 90%).
