列に接続して冷媒循環回路を構成すると共に、上
記各室内ユニツトＡ，Ｂに電気ヒータ７をそれぞ
れ設け、また室内側での要求に基づいて上記電気
ヒータ７の作動を制御するヒータ作動制御手段６
３を設けて成る空気調和機であつて、さらに、外
気温度を検出する外気温度検出手段４０と、室内
側の合計負荷容量を把握する負荷容量把握手段６
１と、電気ヒータ７の作動を停止するための停止
温度を各負荷容量毎に異なる値として記憶する記
憶手段７０と、検出された外気温度がそのときの
合計負荷容量に応じた上記停止温度を超えたとき
にヒータ停止指令を上記ヒータ作動制御手段６３
に出力するヒータ停止制御手段７１とを設けてい
