Claims (1)
- 被加熱物を収納する加熱室と、該加熱室に高周
波を供給する高周波供給手段とを有し、前記加熱
室の壁面の一部に開口窓を形成し、前記加熱室内
を照明するランプ及び該ランプを保持するソケツ
ト部を前記加熱室の外側に前記ランプを前記開口
窓に臨ませて配設し、前記開口窓をランプカバー
で覆つたものにおいて、前記ランプカバーは前記
開口窓にはめ込まれる凸所を有する導電性の板材
と、前記凸所の裏面に形成の凹所の深さと略同じ
厚みを有し、該凹所に装着される透光板とからな
り、前記ランプカバーは前記板材の凸所を前記開
口窓に前記加熱室内方から取り付けたことを特徴
とする高周波加熱装置。
