- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 焼成室と、この焼成室の上側に設けられた
上火ヒータと、焼成室の下側に設けられた下火ヒ
ータと、焼成室の後壁及び両側壁の外側に設けら
れた空気通路と、焼成室の後壁に設けられた開口
部と、この開口部の外側に設けられたシロツコフ
アンと、このシロツコフアンの周囲に設けられた
ヒータと、焼成室の両側壁に設けられた多数の通
気孔とを具備することを特徴とするパン焼成用オ
ーブン。 (2) 焼成室等は互いに独立して上下方向に複数
備えられていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項記載のパン焼成用オーブン。
