ヨイントに設けられてウエビング中間部を巻掛状
態で折り返す回転ローラと、回転ローラの回転を
停止可能なロツク手段と、ロツク手段を作動させ
てウエビング装着時に回転ローラの回転を停止さ
せるとともにウエビング装着解除時に回転ローラ
の回転停止状態を解除させるロツク手段作動機構
と、を備えていることを特徴とするシートベルト
