材に近接して配置され熱応動部材の作動を制御す
るヒータと、該ヒータへの通電を車両の運転状態
に応じて制御する制御回路とを備えてなり、降雨
時またはウインドウオツシヤ使用時で車両が予め
決められた速度で走行中には前記シール部材の可
動端部を開放位置とし、その他のときには前記シ
ール部材の可動端部を閉塞位置とすることを特徴
