[Detailed Description of the Invention] Purpose of the Invention (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention relates to an auxiliary tool for reliably applying the head of a spanner to a nut when disassembling and assembling a bolted joint. More specifically, the present invention relates to an auxiliary tool suitable for use as a wrench holder when a large torque is required, such as at the beginning of disassembly of a bolt joint, at the end of assembly, or when disassembling and assembling a rusted bolt joint.

(Prior Art) This type of auxiliary tool has not been found in the past. This is because when disassembling and assembling normal bolted joints, the worker simply turns a spanner, so there is no need for an auxiliary tool to hold the spanner in place of the worker. In addition, when it is necessary to apply a considerable amount of torque in order to disassemble a tightly tightened or rusted bolt joint, or to tighten a bolt joint, the worker must hold the wrench by himself. This is because in the past, a method of hitting hard with a hammer or the like was often used.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, if a worker holds down the spanner while hitting it with a hammer or the like, there is a risk that the spanner may come off due to the impact and cause an accident that may injure the worker. Furthermore, in the work of swinging a hammer while holding a spanner, it is difficult to swing the hammer with great force, which makes it difficult to obtain a large impact force and significantly reduces work efficiency. Further, in the case of a large-sized bolted joint, a worker to fix the spanner and a worker to swing the hammer are required, which is not preferable as it goes against the recent trend of reducing the number of workers. Furthermore, since the wrench cannot be securely applied and fixed to the bolted joint, there is a risk of crushing the corners of the nuts and bolts, making it difficult to reuse them or making it extremely difficult to disassemble the bolted joint.

Structure of the Invention (Means for Solving Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the auxiliary tool for bolted joints of the present invention uses a wrench when assembling or disassembling bolted joints joined by fastening bolts and nuts. a holder that comes into contact with the head of the holder; a support member that is retractably housed in the holder and has a female thread that is screwed onto the tip of the bolt of the joint; a spring that retracts relatively to the holder, and a guide groove that determines the amount of protrusion and retraction of the support member is formed in either one of the holder or the support member, and a spring that slides in the guide groove on the other side. By providing a connecting pin that engages the holder and the support member, the support member is attached to the tip using the bolt of the joint, and while the support member is fixed, the holder side is held by the elastic force of the spring and the wrench is pressed. It is pushed out to the head and fixed with a spanner.

FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the auxiliary tool according to the present invention in a central vertical sectional view. This auxiliary tool consists of a support member 1 that is attached to a bolt 10 of a bolt joint (hereinafter simply referred to as a joint), a holder 2 that presses and fixes the head of a spanner 12, and a holder 2 that is attached between these and supports the support member 1 and the holder 2. It mainly consists of a spring 3 that is relatively retracted inward, and is configured to press the holder 2 toward a spanner 12 applied to a nut 11 when the support member 1 is fixed to the bolt 10. The support member 1 has a screw hole 4 at the tip.
It is a cylindrical body having an inverted T-shape with a flange 5 forming a seat surface of the spring 3 at the rear end. On the other hand, the holder 2 is a cylindrical body with openings at both ends and has a flange portion 6 at its tip that protrudes inwardly and outwardly, respectively. This support member 1 and holder 2
and are connected to each other so that they can move freely within a certain range by a connecting pin 8 that passes through the guide groove 7 of the holder 2 and is fixed to the support member 1 after fitting.

It is preferable to prepare several types of support members 1 with different diameters of threaded holes 4 so that the auxiliary tool can be used for joints with different thread diameters. Although not shown, more preferably, several types of screw holes 4 of different diameters are provided in one support member 1 in stages. in this case,
It is economical to select a diameter of the screw hole 4 that corresponds to a bolt diameter that is frequently used in bolt joints. This support member 1 includes
A connecting pin 8 that connects the support member 1 and the holder 2 so as to be movable in the axial direction within a certain range is detachably attached to enable the support member 1 and the holder 2 to be removed. In this embodiment, a small bolt is used as the connecting pin 8, but it is also possible to use other attachment/detachment mechanisms instead.
Note that it is also possible to implement a structure in which the connecting pin 8 is fixed and the guide groove 7 side can be opened and closed.

In addition, a guide groove 7 bored on the circumferential surface of the holder 2
are inverted L-shaped through holes in which an axial groove 7a and a circumferential groove 7b are continuously formed, and two symmetrically provided through holes are provided to prevent the support member 1 from tilting. The circumferential groove 7b is for fixing the support member 1 in a protruding state and allowing the wrench 12 to move freely. Further, the axial groove 7a prevents the holder 2 and the support member 2 from moving toward the head of the spanner 12 using the elastic force of the spring 3.
It is intended to allow between. In this embodiment, the guide groove 7 has an inverted L-shape, but it may also be formed in a T-shape or an I-shape. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the guide groove 7 is connected to the holder 2.
However, it is also possible to form a guide groove 7 on the support member 1 side and fix the connecting pin 8 on the holder 2 side.

First, the supporting member 1 is moved along the guide groove 7 while holding the connecting pin 8, and is caused to protrude from the holder 2 by a predetermined amount. Next, by rotating the connecting pin 8 along the circumferential guide groove 7b, the supporting member 1 and the holder 2 are engaged with the connecting pin 8,
The support member 1 is fixed in the protruding state. In this state, the support member 1 is screwed into the bolt 10 of the joint, and the auxiliary tool is fixed to the bolt 10. After fixing the support member 1, the holder 2 is rotated again to relatively rotate the connecting pin 8 of the support member 1 and guide it from the circumferential guide groove 7b into the axial guide groove 7a. Then, the support member 1 tends to be relatively drawn into the holder 2 by the elastic force of the spring 3. That is, since the support member 1 is fixed to the bolt 10 of the joint, the holder 2 side protrudes toward the joint. At this time, use a spanner 1 on the nut 11 of the joint.
2 are fitted together, so the head of this spanner 12 is pressed against the flange of the joint and fixed.
Therefore, the spanner 12 is securely fixed in the nut 11 without being supported by the operator.

When the handle of the spanner 12 hits a material to be joined, such as a pipe material, to be joined with a bolt joint and becomes unable to rotate any further, the holder 2 is pulled down to free the spanner 12. Therefore, the spanner 12 is once removed from the nut 11, rotated to a position where it can be rotated, and then fitted into the nut 11 again. Then, the holder 2 is released and the head of the spanner 12 is fixed with this holder 2. Of course, once the bolt/nut begins to turn with a relatively light force, it is no longer necessary to hold the spanner 12 with the auxiliary tool, so either remove it from the bolt 10 or pull down the holder 2 to allow the spanner 12 to move freely.
