路を前記ツエナーダイオード４ａ，４ｂの両端に
接続し、コンデンサー７と抵抗器８より成る微分
回路を前記抵抗器６の両端に接続し、コンデンサ
ー７′と抵抗器８′より成る微分回路を前記抵抗
器６′の両端に接続し、ダイオード９と抵抗器１
