それぞれ設けると共に、これら嵌合固定部５ｃお
よびフランジ鍔部５ｄのそれぞれを貫通する杭用
貫通孔５ｅを設け、また単体で成形された杭８を
杭用貫通孔５ｅに挿通させて打込むことによつて
、台座５を設置場所に固定し、固定された台座５
の嵌合固定部５ｃに柱本体１を嵌合させて立設し
