第１図は本考案を横長のジグソーパズル用額縁
に実施した一例を示す背面図であつて、その組立
完成直前の状態を示し、第２図はその組立完成の
状態を示す背面図、第３図はＬ字形接続板の立面
図、第４図はフレーム部材の断面図、第５図は第
１図における右側のフレーム部材の上端接続部に
上側のフレーム部材を着脱自在に連結する状態を
示す一部拡大中央縦断面図、第６図は第２図にお
ける右側のフレーム部材の上端接続部に上側のフ
レーム部材を着脱自在に連結した状態を示す一部
拡大中央縦断面図、第７図はバネ板取付部の拡大
正面図、第８図は本考案を横長のジグソーパズル
用額縁に実施した他の例を示す背面図、第９図は
従来公知のジグソーパズル用組立式額縁の組立態
様を示す概要図である。 図面において、ＢはＬ字形接続板、Ｂ１，Ｂ２
は板片、Ｃ１，Ｃ２，Ｃ３及びＣ４はフレーム部
材、Ｄはコ字形フレーム、４は画板、５は窓板、
６は台紙、１０Ａはねじ孔、１０Ｂは係合孔、１
１は後壁、１２は嵌合溝、１６は透孔、１７は係
止突起、１８はバネ板、１９及び２２はネジであ
る。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 後壁を具備し、かつ、該後壁の内側に該後
    壁と平行に延在する嵌合溝を形成した構造を有す
    る四角形の額縁用フレーム部材のコーナー連結装
    置において、上下左右に対向配置される各１対の
    フレーム部材のうち、少なくとも１対のフレーム
    部材の一方の接続端寄りの後壁適所に前記嵌合溝
    に連通する透孔を穿設すると共に、係止突起を形
    成したバネ板を該係止突起が前記後壁の外側かさ
    ら前記透孔を通して常時該嵌合溝内へ弾性的に突
    出するように前記後壁の外側面に固定したこと、
    及び、前記１対のフレーム部材と直角に接続され
    る少なくとも１本のフレーム部材の各接続端面か
    らその嵌合溝に嵌着固定される板片を一方の板片
    とした金属製Ｌ字形接続板の他方の板片を前記１
    対のフレーム部材の各嵌合溝にすべり嵌めし得る
    断面寸法に形成すると共に、該板片に前記バネ板
    の係止突起と係合し得る係合孔を穿設し、該板片
    を前記１対のフレーム部材の接続端面からその各
    嵌合溝に嵌挿して摺動変位させることにより、前
    記バネ板の係止突起が該板片の係合孔に弾性的に
    係合するように構成したことを特徴とするコーナ
    ー連結装置。 (2) フレーム部材がアルミニウム材を使用した
    押出成形加工によつて一体成形されたものである
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    に記載のコーナー連結装置。
