周部には、断面L型形状の環状部材19が固着さ
れるとともに、該環状部材19の外周囲には、弾
性シール19aがボルト・ナツトにより取付けら
れ、該弾性シール19aの先端は外キヤビネツト
1の折曲げ部1aの外周壁面に当接され、シヨツ
トが外方に飛び出さないようにされている。ま
た、外キヤビネツト1と内キヤビネツト11の周
壁面同志の隙間部における外キヤビネツト1の開
口部9,9両側の内側縁部には、シール部材20
が填装されていて、被処理品5に向けて投射され

は、支持台26に取付けられた軸受27に両端部
を回動可能に支持された回転軸28に嵌着されて

した上・下位置にそれぞれ配置された複数基の投
射装置で、該投射装置29は投射口を外キヤビネ
ツト1内に開口するとともにハンガー6に懸吊支
持される被処理品5に向けて設けられている。3
