Claims (1)
一対の挾持片が長手方向の中間部を支点として開
閉自在に組立てられ、上記各環状部に、その口径
より径大のフランジ部を両端に備えた弾性材料か
らなる栓体が圧嵌装着されると共に、両挾持片を
相互に押圧して挾着側端部の栓体の端面を互いに
