湯を該タンデイツシユの底部に設けた小孔を形成
するノズルからタンクへと出湯させてこれを金属
微粉化する装置に於いて、該タンデイツシユに該
ノズルを開閉する昇降自在のノズルストツパを設
けると共に該タンデイツシユのルツボおよび該ノ
ズルの周囲にこれを溶湯の温度以上に加熱する抵
抗加熱形のヒータを設け、更に該タンデイツシユ
を断熱材で囲繞して成る誘導加熱式真空アトマイ
