Therefore, the trapezoid 2 made only of nylon resin has the disadvantage of rapid wear and short life. In order to improve this abrasion resistance, glass fiber is mixed as a reinforcing material, but during injection molding, the resin injected into the mold contains the head and the circle of the traveler, which consists of nine legs. Arranging the glass fibers in the same direction is a solid layer, and the arrangement of the fibers is disordered, especially in the thread passage section t, which runs from the head to the body, where the fibers come in contact with the thread, which improves wear resistance. The properties deteriorate and scratches are more likely to wear out. In addition, when increasing the blending ratio of glass fiber in order to improve the overall wear resistance, the hardness of the nylon traveler increases, making it difficult to attach and remove it from the ring. There are problems such as high friction with the ring, making spinning difficult.

The purpose of this invention is to provide a resin traveler for a spinning machine which eliminates the dvA point.

Because of this structure, it is possible to obtain a resin traveler with excellent wear resistance and a very small coefficient of friction. Therefore, compared to conventional nylon travelers, the lifespan of twisted yarns made of glass fibers and high-strength fibers can be increased from 8 days to 20 to 50 days, and the spindle rotation speed can be increased from 4500 r, p, m to 1000 orr.
p, m, ) can be increased, the quality of the thread is improved without the occurrence of striation wear in the thread passing portion, and the thread can be easily attached to and removed from the ring.
