Claims (1)
- レーザ光源とターゲツトとの間に前記レーザ光
源からのレーザ光を偏向走査させる光走査部材を
介在させてなるレーザ光走査装置において、前記
光走査部材と前記ターゲツトとの間の光路中に、
レーザ光を変形処理させる光学部材を設けるとと
もに、相対向して複数回の反射を繰返す前記レー
ザ光の折畳み光路を形成させる対向反射面を備え
た反射部材を設けたことを特徴とするレーザ光走
査装置。
