Claims (1)
- 気密容器を構成する絶縁性基板上に蛍光体を塗
布して表示パターンを形成し、フイラメントから
放出される電子を蛍光体に衝撃させて発光する蛍
光表示管に於いて、リード端子のハンダ付部の板
厚をエツチングにより局部的に薄くし、かつこの
エツチングで薄くなつた部分にスルーホールを設
けたことを特徴とする蛍光表示管。
