CONSTITUTION:Exhaust gas from a small engine 3 is led through a muffler 4 and an exhaust gas changeover valve 5 to an exhaust gas heater 6 so as to heat the indoor air being fed from a fan 7. Heated air is fed to the inside of vehicle so as to carry out warning. In Summer season, a rotary compressor 1 is driven by means of the small engine 3 so as to operate a car cooler thus carrying out cooling. With such arrangement, standby cooling/warming can be carried out while noise and exhaust gas pollution can be prevented.
