装置。 (3) 前記ベローズの断面がＵ字形状である実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のベローズ形緩
衝装置。 (4) 前記弾性体が、シリコーンゲルである実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のベローズ形緩
衝装置。 (5) 前記孔を有するキヤツプが、内側に弾性体
