シリンダ内を２つの油室に画成したピストンと、
前記ピストンロツド内に形成されたシヤツタ室と
、該シヤツタ室を前記各油室のうち一方の油室と
連通させるオリフイスと、前記シヤツタ室を他方
の油室と連通すべくピストンロツドの軸方向に穿
設され、該シヤツタ室側の開口部に弁座が設けら
れた油路と、前記オリフイスの開口面積を変える
べくシヤツタ室内に配設され、回動軸によつて回
動操作される減衰力調整用のシヤツタと、該シヤ
ツタと前記弁座との間に配設され、ピストンロツ
ドの縮小、伸長に応じて該弁座に離着座する逆止
